Refund Policy

We do not exchange or refund for hygiene reasons due to most of our items being either earrings or crowns.
Please ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase before you place an order.
All images/photography on our website are taken by us and are of the item that you will receive.
If the item is faulty and has to be sent back to us for whatever reason please note that we do not cover any postage costs and if you chose to have a refund rather than a replacement item then the postage will be deduced from the refund.
